  I came here 3 days ago, There was this worker, I dont recall their name, But they did have purple hair. She helped me so much with my long list, And i appreciate so much for that. She was extremely kind and helpful and i thought that it would take a long time, but with this lady it ended up taking 15 minutes! I recommend this store 100% And will visit from now on. They have done a excellent job on hiring this purple haired lady and her customer service was excellent.

  The employee with the purple hair was the most helpful person I have ever encountered going to this UPS store. She guided me through my return process swiftly and skillfully. My experience was so exhilarating I will be making my return to this location every single time I need help with a return. Please make sure she receives a bonus for her extremely diligent effort.

  I arrived to this store this afternoon right at the time of closing. A gentleman and I entered the store for the same service, which is scan an Amazon packet and drop it off. There was one machine open. The employee in charge chose to tell the gentleman that there was one machine left open where he could get his packet processed. She told me with rudeness and condescending tone, “we’re closed and we will not do your package.” I politely clarified I only needed the same service as the gentleman and my packets were ready. She refused and denied me the service. She discriminated against me. I have always been treated with respect at this store. This employee changed my impression of the standard of customer service of this store. If she felt empowered to treat a customer the way she did me, what does that say about the upper management and the culture of their store?
