I was trying to make sure my international package was shipped correctly since a previous shipment was delayed and almost returned because the invoice labels were not included properly with the label when I had just given them the papers. The blonde lady helping me started taping before I could finish speaking, even though I was trying to explain that the label needed a plastic slip. She applied the tape carelessly, even over the invoices that need to be inspected. I had to tell her to stop because she was not listening. Clearly annoyed, she responded, “oh, it has invoices?" I understand people have bad days, but that does not excuse a poor attitude or careless work. I just hope my package arrives safely. I do not recommend this location.

A very kind young lady (I believe she might be Korean) helped me immediately and connected me with the store manager over the phone. The manager explained everything in detail and told me exactly what to do about my lost phone shipment. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to contact T-Mobile and finally resolve the situation.
