- MBMeylin BMar 20, 20261.0This place is so inconsiderate, I go in there to go pickup my package and they tell me they dont have it and to go to a warehouse, Ok cool. I call the warehouse and say it closes at 5, i get there at 4:50 and they tell me they cannot give me my package and that i have to wait till tommorrow. Also what is the point in putting a phone number if your not going to answer it. Both this place and the warehouse that houses the wellington packages are both useless.

This is the second time they’ve attempted to deliver a package to me and ended up taking it back, claiming they ran into an issue. I was actually outside looking at the delivery driver with my package, and instead of handing it to me, he took it away. He could have simply given it to me directly. Their delivery process needs improvement. I wish I had the option to choose a different delivery service when ordering through Amazon. This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve had

Some employees may need more training on what each item is, eg. Large envelope, media mail, package, etc. as one had no clue, and if I was not aware would have overcharged me significantly. Hoping this hasn't happened to other customers.
