- JBjustin BivelacqueJan 16, 20261.0Drove to the store knowing what time they closed and that I would make it with a few minutes to spare only but figured it was reasonable cause I was only dropping off an Amazon return box that was prelabeled , pretaped and ready to go. It literally takes them 10 seconds to scan it , hand you a receipt and toss it in a bin but when I left my car at 6:27 and got to the front door at 6:28 the door was already locked and they wouldn’t even answer it or look up at me. So I just wasted 20 minutes driving there and back cause they are too lazy to work until their real closing time. Hopefully those two minutes you saved by closing early really come in handy while you sit at home tonight by yourself doing nothing.

No customer service skills.12/28/25 11:30 am. If you are that miserable work somewhere else. Give the job to someone that has a nice personality.
