  Absolutely love, love, love the customer service! Ashley and Donna go the extra mile every time. Even when the store is at it’s busiest, these ladies handle it with so much grace and with smiles on their faces. I had trouble finding my QR code for my return and they took their time helping to assist me as well as walk me through on how to properly do so on my own. Even making sure to print out my receipt which rarely happens at the Whole Foods store. I will now be handling all of my returns and printing needs with this location moving forward. Great customer service is so hard to come by but these ladies made my day and my returns so much better! Thanks for such an incredible service.

  Recently lost our wallet and the staff put it in their work safe and the manager was kind enough to bring it to our home to return! We always have a great experience with staff here and they are QUICK! 10/10. always go here!

  I rated this store one star due to an incident that took place while returning my Amazon items. There was a blonde lady with glasses being unprofessional with a coworker, yelling at her to help with customers while she was taking a phone call from what I overheard to be an emergency with her child. Even as she was coming inside to assist, the blonde lady was, in my opinion, escalating the situation by continuing to yell at her in front of a full line of customers. You never handle a situation like that while customers are present. I’ve encountered these ladies several times before and they’ve seemed to work very well together but today was a shocker for me! I would like to commend the young lady for continuing her job without the yelling and shouting back and forth. She deserves an apology as well as the customers for such an unnecessary outburst that could’ve been handle with grace and professionalism.

  Outstanding Service from Mark Rosenthal – UPS Store, Wellington, FL I recently worked with Mark Rosenthal at the UPS Store in Wellington (11924 Forest Hill Blvd #10A), and I can’t say enough good things about him. He handled the packing and freight shipping of several of my late mother’s belongings, and from start to finish he was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. Mark kept me updated every step of the way with texts, calls, and photos of the packed items. The shipment arrived in New York in perfect condition - every fragile lamp, piece of furniture, and even lightbulb was impeccably wrapped and protected. His empathy and care really stood out during what was an emotional process for my family. In contrast, the experience that led me to Mark was extremely stressful. He was the one who turned things around and restored my confidence that everything would be handled properly. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with genuine respect, empathy, and communicates clearly, ask for Mark Rosenthal. He’s a true professional and a real gentleman.
