    I hired Rockstarr & Moon to help me revise the look and overhaul the content of my website. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would urge other small business owners who are interested in upgrading their marketing efforts and approaches to contact them for similar support. Here is what they did particularly well; 1) They listened very carefully to my particular business model, experience and services performed. My consulting profession is extremely "niche"and not at all commonly understood. Rachel was able to not only get a clear sense of what I do quickly, but also shared ideas about how to market my services more effectively, particularly via my website. 2) They very quickly shared a concise proposal for a reasonable fee, with a scope of work that was clearly stated and limited to what we had discussed prior. 3) They made payment of for their services easy to manage and remit. 4) Once Rachel shared early drafts of the website, we had very productive and efficient sessions to revise and ultimately finalize. She was not shy about voicing disagreement to any ideas of mine she didn't agree with, and was always a good sounding board during collaborative discussions on content. 5) Once completed, they made sure I knew how to modify content so I could be self-sufficient going forward and took the time to test that all aspects of the site were functioning properly. I do not provide references frequently. This is a case where I felt compelled to share what was a great experience and urge others to contact them.
