- LTlauren tirroOct 14, 20251.0AVOID THOS LOCATION! Dropped of a package in the drop box inside. It never got scanned in. I went into the office and asked the worker to see what the issue was. She checked and insisted I didn't drop it off. Blamed me and said it must be in my car.( I absolutely dropped it off) She kept repeating that I must have forgotten. She blamed it on me instead of looking into it further. Usps has admitted to not scanning packages dropped inside the building after hours. This is unacceptable and unprofessional! The worst part is because there was no scan usps will not refund the package. Where is my package?! They have no accountability and I've known these people for over 15 years. Shocked and disgusted!
