- JJJudyJun 10, 20253.0I placed a couple of prepaid packages on the counter top for shipment 4 hours ago and tracking shows it still has not been scanned and shipped. I usually ship from the Sebastian USPS on Main Street and they usually pick up and scan my items within minutes. I hope they are not still sitting on the counter top--??
- RBRobbie BoltJan 17, 20241.0I’m not rating this location a 1 star but the older gentleman Dave clerk #13 is 100% rude. I arrived at the location 10 minutes before closing and was refused service on top of at least 5 other customers who were refused as well. He was EXTREMELY rude and down right disrespectful. One customer that was refused told me that he was retiring soon so she thinks maybe that’s why he doesn’t care how he speaks to anyone. This is the only location on beachside and he should have manners. I’ll be calling corporate as well to file a complaint. It’s just not right. We’re all human and we deserve to be spoken to like human beings. When I asked to speak to a manager he denied to get a manager. If a manager sees this can you please speak to him about his behavior. Everyone else that works there is absolutely wonderful people!!!
