I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and professionalism at this location. I’ve had five packages in a row go missing after being dropped in the after-hours collection box, and not one person has offered genuine help in locating them. Instead of addressing the issue, the blame keeps getting passed around. To make matters worse, a postal employee publicly commented online with a defensive and dismissive attitude toward my concerns. Rather than showing empathy or problem-solving, the tone was argumentative, completely unprofessional for someone representing USPS. If the after-hours drop box isn’t being properly managed, then it shouldn’t be available to customers. People rely on the postal service for their businesses and livelihoods, and we deserve at least basic courtesy and reliable service. I hope USPS takes these repeated issues seriously and ensures customers can trust their local branch again.
