  Victor was very patient and helpful. He helped me carry stuff out of my car and worked with me as I tried different box sizes. He was extremely patient with all the questions I had and made the whole process much easier.

  Best UPS store I’ve ever been to. Victor helped me ship a medium sized painting. They packed it professionally and it arrived promptly and safely to my collector’s home.

  Jesse, Victor, and Xavier went above and beyond to ensure our living will and trust documents were witnessed and notarized efficiently. This was no easy feat as we had 10 notary pages and 12 witness pages that required signing. They did this all while not compromising on other guest services. It was a well-coordinated effort. Thank you guys so much and Happy New Year!!

  Don’t go here for Amazon returns. The place is chaos, workers are rude, tried to charge me for a box when my item was already in a box!
