- FAFed up with being abused2 days ago1.0Crooked, lazy, rude! Two unsuccessful trips to return a mattress topper to Amazon. 1st trip, the fake red-head told me that she couldn't accept the box I packed it in because it was a liquor box - fine. I wrapped that box in brown paper and taped it up, and taped the return label and printed an extra copy - just in case it doesn't scan easily with the tape; and returned to this store...I waited in line, until the fake red-head came out of the back. She put the box on the scale, smirks and tells me that I need to pay $5 for her to add tape to the sides. While waiting in line, I watched another agent taping her customer's boxes , taping over tape, and absolutely NO MENTION of a $5 fee...with her smirk, it really came across as either she is going to pocket it or just felt like being evil and loving every minute of it. I grabbed my box and bags, went home, grabbed a huge role of tape and scissors, and went to another location. The young man who waited on me, took the box and bags without any mention of needing additional tape or fees... I even asked him if he needed me to tape the bags, and he told me that was not necessary. I thanked him for handling everything; and as I was walking out, I turned around again and thanked him for being a human being!!
