I was only trying to exchange for one that works they told me the Machine will not allow it! So the machine is the driving force on integrity putting customer first. I mentioned it would be a good idea to exchange it to keep me in there eco system buying offices supplies etc which is way more than the printer. After 2 weeks nothing they can do so they gave me 1800 number and we know how that goes! It is sad that we put our trust is staples for the past 25 years and a machine is the driving force on outcomes. Nothing replaces customer experience with people who do not let them have a machine aka register put customers first. I hate writing this article because when I bought the printer it was amazing customer service. To save others time the 1-800 number asked me to go back to the store for help lol!
