- MCMarla Champagne2 days ago5.0April 29 ... The Manager, Sarah, was so helpful, friendly and efficient yesterday while I was shipping some boxes. But she went above and beyond though ... Sarah saw I had a bag with my X-finity box that I was about to return to the X-finity store ... She offered to return it for me ! I had no idea UPS provided that service and I sure appreciated leaving it with Sarah instead of traveling to an X-finity store. BRAVO Sarah 👏 April 30 ... Here I am back with more boxes to return and Melissa assisted me this time. She was very efficient, a hard worker and very friendly and smart. I will only go to THIS UPS LOCATION from now on. You girls are a great asset to UPS

I had 2 perfectly legal documents concerning an estate (document from a NJ county court and bank documents for an IRA) was told by associate she "didn't feel comfortable" notarizing them because they were for a deceased. What's the point of being a notary? Horrible customer service.

We had a sizable, complicated, and uniquely challenging order to fulfill, near closing time, moreover, but the woman who assisted us, Sarah, was incredibly friendly, competent, knowledgable, and resourceful, with a capital R! She advised us on how to streamline the complexities of our order in a way that few (if any) external to the shipping and packaging industry would have any idea how to navigate. Because of our experience with Sarah, I would strongly recommend this location for future orders! We are so appreciative.

I live just down the street from this location and had such a bad experience that I will be driving to the UPS store on the island so as to never interact or give this location any of my business again. Also worth mentioning that it takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review.
