Not one single piece has arrived to my new address 2 "managers" have reached out to me with some bs excuses. I think its my old mail carrier is just throwing away or god knows what with my mail. I would constantly get neighbors mail and things when i lived their before..... I even sent a test piece of 1st class mail myself to my old address.... its been weeks. Nothing. Im calling 8 on your side next week if this isn't resolved. Maybe they can help me since clearly the post office cant.

When the lines grow long, additional staff comes to the rescue. In the rare case of a customer being impatient or challenging, the situation is handled professionally. And they support each other as needed. Most of the time, the brief conversations are fun and funny, and I know my USPS needs are met. The temporary construction has made parking a bit of a challenge, but if you are ambulatory, park on Tampa or Venice Aves and have a little walk to and from.
