Owner said it’s not her job to file claim but UPS online said it is the owner’s job. Either way I’m still out my $56.20.

We've had several Amazon returns that didn't make it back to Amazon, but luckily we keep the receipts. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS from this place if you go! Today she called me a liar stating that she did not believe how I received my package. Probably a scam on her end trying to get me to buy a box. Then my husband showed her the picture and label and she did not apologize for calling me names. I will never go back there again.
