  I recently took some very precious and fragile items to be packed and shipped from your store to NY. All the items arrived in perfect condition. I could not have been more satisfied. Staff was very helpful and professional. Will definitely use this store on 4107 S Tamiami Tr again.

  I haven't shipped many things (maybe 2 items until this point) and the young man that helped me was extremely patient and kind. He helped me figure out how much insurance I needed for the vintage collectables I was sending to a buyer. I had to wait on payment to come through to me and he was very understanding. The very 1st 10/10 experience for me at any store. I dont recall his name as this was last week, but my receipt shows employee: 342823. I don't know what he's being paid, but he deserves a raise - in my opinion.

  Debbi is 'harsh". I'm being kind here. The store owner could do better without her. This is not the first time I have had to suffer with her"glowing personality".

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at The UPS Store – Venice, FL (4107 S Tamiami Trl). My first time in my life using this UPS service. When I arrived at the store, there were two employees present: Shawn and another female employee who was not wearing a name badge. Shawn initially tried to assist me but mentioned he was not fully familiar with international shipments to Mexico, so he asked the other employee for help. At that moment, she responded “ASHHH!” in an annoyed manner before taking over the transaction. I went to this location specifically to send an important legal document (a Mexican Consulate Power of Attorney) to Mexico via UPS, NOT USPS. I avoided USPS intentionally because once it reaches Mexico, it transfers to Correos de México, where documents are often opened. From the beginning, the lady showed annoyance and lack of professionalism. When I check screen during the transaction, she: • Entered my recipient address in Mexico incorrectly • Entered my email incorrectly • Entered my U.S. address incorrectly • Entered my name incorrectly • Never disclosed that the shipment would be sent via USPS instead of UPS • Only mentioned pricing, not the carrier or shipping method She quoted me $33 and said delivery would take 7–10 days, which I paid assuming this was a UPS international service. Because this was a sensitive legal document, I requested “Do Not Bend / No Folding” stickers. She said not have any and made no effort to help. Shawn, however, kindly helped by hand-writing “No Folding” on the envelope, which I appreciated.!!. Later, I discovered the package was never shipped via UPS at all, but through USPS—something that was never disclosed to me. After 10 days, instead of being delivered to Mexico, the tracking showed the envelope sitting in Jamaica, NY. This made no sense and raised serious concerns about how the shipment was handled. Because of this, I returned to the store a second time to ask for clarification. During this second visit, lady again was not wearing a name badge, while all other employees were. I had to ask her directly for her name, which confirmed it was SONIA. The lack of identification and accountability was concerning. I documented this second visit, including the conversation, for my own records. This experience shows misrepresentation of services, lack of transparency, poor handling of a sensitive legal document, and extremely poor customer service. I would not trust this location again with important shipments. 0% recommendation for UPS service. 0% recommendation for SONIA regarding customer service.
