  He wasn't happy about me asking for help to get a receipt for the package I had which already had a label. I'm old but his face and expression was obviously one that I was disturbing him.

  I don't think that I've ever left a bad review for a business, even if deserved. The last thing I want to do is badmouth a company from a one time experience I have with them. But I want to save others from this experience and this office is not locally owned. It is a corporate office per their manager. We went in on Thursday, January 29th to overnight something to our son living in Ohio. We were told that if we did the overnight option, he would get the envelope by Friday "between 3-8 but probably before 5." Per our tracking information, it arrived in Cleveland Firady at 10:37 am where it stayed until Monday. It did not arrive at my son's house until Monday at 3:01 pm. When I went to the FedEx office by Starbucks in Venice, they said that I could get reimbursed unless FedEx said delivery was due to bad weather. That is their "out" to not reimburse you. The local FedEx said because this office is corporately owned, I would need to call the FedEx customer service number. So I did. And the claim was denied because of ice. Two things to note: 1- there was no bad weather at that time, In fact, the delivery picture we received from FedEx shows that the concrete they set it on was completely clear. 2- when sending this at the FedEx office, at no time were we told that weather could be an excuse they used for delaying our delivery and then refusing to reimburse us. We have no recourse as this is completely their decision to refund or not. So we paid $42 for overnight delivery instead of paying $11 for the Monday delivery that it ended up being. I decided to write my first bad review ever because I know that when people pay a high price to overnight a package there is an important reason. I don't want anyone to experience what we did.

  This place is trying to rob me. Use at your own risk. Charged me 300$ cancel order and stole my items.

  Called ahead about passport renewal. Got all info. Went into store and was directed by employee to computer to fill out application. Filled out the forms and when I hit enter processing kept going and going. Went to the clerk and advised of the problem. He came over and said nothing he could do, technical problem and that he has not ever seen the system work. Will not see me in this business again.
