I rarely leave reviews, but I will make an exception this time. My experience at htis USPS location has been consistenly frustating. I came in for a passport appointment and had already completed the application online, but didn't have access to a printer. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff informed me they didn't have a printer available and gave me a grace period of five minutes to get the form printed, something that was reallistically impossible. Because of this, I had to reschedule for the following week.
At my second appointment, I arrived a couple minutes late due to a delatyed flight. I stood in line becasue there is NO SIGNAGE directing passport appintsment to check in differently or go to a specific count. Once called to the counter, one of the representatives told me I should have announced that I was here for a new password appointment. However, there was no posted instructions or guidance indicating thi, and only two employees were assisting customers. It wasn't clear at all how I was supposed to bypass the line or notify someone without disrupting the service area.
Between the lac of signage, unclear process, and inconsistent expectations, the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. I won't be returning to this location EVER.
