I rarely leave reviews, but I will make an exception this time. My experience at htis USPS location has been consistenly frustating. I came in for a passport appointment and had already completed the application online, but didn't have access to a printer. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff informed me they didn't have a printer available and gave me a grace period of five minutes to get the form printed, something that was reallistically impossible. Because of this, I had to reschedule for the following week. At my second appointment, I arrived a couple minutes late due to a delatyed flight. I stood in line becasue there is NO SIGNAGE directing passport appintsment to check in differently or go to a specific count. Once called to the counter, one of the representatives told me I should have announced that I was here for a new password appointment. However, there was no posted instructions or guidance indicating thi, and only two employees were assisting customers. It wasn't clear at all how I was supposed to bypass the line or notify someone without disrupting the service area. Between the lac of signage, unclear process, and inconsistent expectations, the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. I won't be returning to this location EVER.

Very disappointing experience at USPS at this location. I arrived on time for my passport photo appointment. There were still people inside, when they got out I waited and then try open the. Amy closed the door in my face and even locked it. I was there with my baby, and yet they showed no consideration at all. The supervisor, Kim Rivera, also did nothing to resolve the situation or offer any solution. To be clear, not all employees were like this, but the way Amy and Kim Rivera treated me was enough to leave me very disappointed. Their behavior was unprofessional, rude, and lacking empathy. A public service should never treat people this way.

Grandpa sends gift card to a 8 year old. Lost at Valrico post office (again) Amazon seller uses USPS for a 10 year old autistic kid, same day I get a letter instead saying the box isn’t empty and they returned the item. Never left it; even with the 8 year old waiting outside for it. But they sure give me all junk mail for the last 9 people who lived here. Such a scam, only post office I’ve had issue with in my life. I think they got rid of the one who was always drunk, but they need to work on the thieves too.
