I love Blake and I think it’s Amber. True customer service there!! Love the store, always clean. But that particular employee needs to have some retrain and wear a hair net or pin it back when servicing customers.

The team has always been friendly, helpful, and efficient—even during busy hours. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist have truly defined great customer service for me. Unfortunately, my most recent visit felt very different. While the store wasn’t crowded, the interaction I had left me feeling dismissed and unwelcome. The employee who assisted me did not make eye contact, spoke very little, and seemed visibly disengaged. I understand that everyone has off days, and customer service can be demanding, but even a small gesture of acknowledgment or professionalism can make a big difference—especially when handling valuable items. I didn’t feel confident that my return was processed with care, and the overall tone of the interaction made me hesitant about coming back.
