  I cannot praise this team high enough! They are friendly and professional. I had some documents that I needed to print and it was not straight forward. They worked with me about 15 minutes on something that should have taken me 2 minutes. Always polite and committed to solving the problem. I would strongly recommend this location.

  Had such a good experience today! Mauricio was such a wonderful and kind boy. He was really helpful when I was confused about shipping my package. Bless the boy’s patience haha. Absolutely keep him around !

  I went to the store on university parkway Sarasota fl, with mahjong cards for my wife that needed to be laminated. Staples was unable to do this for me given their size, so I went to the ups store. As soon as I walked in Rachel, the girl behind the desk, immediately greeted me, took the cards to measure, and figure out a way to help me! She did this voluntarily and with enthusiasm! I didn’t have to ask her to do anything; she took the initiative to solve the problem and help the customer! Another employee Craig then, on his own accord, came over to assist Rachel. They even got on the phone to discuss with my wife options for how to handle the situation and get the cards laminated! Of course they came up with a solution & did a bang up job! I informed the manager of their great service. Pls pass along my compliments to them! Sincerely, **********
