"I know" and not giving you a chance, or showing the least amount of concern in being able to offer any actual service. Without a doubt some of the worst "customer service" I have ever seen. "Maybe you need to close your fly trap long enough to actually hear what someone is asking for?"
- MMMolly MeierJul 7, 20211.0It's so bizarre to me that a post office cannot answer a phone, cannot log into a computer. Cannot correspond at all. The Informed Delivery barley works. The driver I have is wonderful, but the one who works on her off days is horrible. Don't send a truck who can't drive down the road that a home is on, to drop a large package. I dont like how Amazon is intercepted, I pay for Prime, and I get it days later. It's frustrating.
