  I had a really solid experience at the The UPS Store. The team there is easy to work with, knows what they’re doing, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing you through. I came in with a project that wasn’t totally straightforward, and they stepped in and helped me figure it out without making it feel like a hassle. What stood out even more is that this happened on two different visits, so it wasn’t just a one-off good day. They’re consistent, helpful, and clearly care about getting things done right. I’ll definitely keep going back.

  I can’t say enough good things about my visit to this UPS store. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.   If I could rate negative stars, I would. I took several fragile family collectible items to pack and ship out of state. I spent $$ to make sure it was packed well by UPS the "professional shippers". The guy helping me was barely friendly. I repeatedly asked the guy to wrap securely and fill the boxes with extra cushioning. I also asked for the box to be marked fragile. He assured me all this would happen. Boxes arrived and EVERY SINGLE ITEM IS SMASHED BROKEN. Not just slightly damaged but SMASHED. (One example attached). These are items that cannot be simply replaced. The boxes were not marked fragile and the delivery guy literally threw it on my front porch. There was barely any bubble wrap used and the boxes were dangerously full of glass from broken items. I've used UPS to ship fragile items many times but never this location. I will tell anyone considering using this location to AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
