Connivence, hours and ease when going in and bring in packages. Staff pleasant also. I don’t go to the post office any longer because of the limited hours and locations.

Pros:
Staff there is friendly and very helpful. Hours are convenient. Service is usually fast.
Cons:
Prices are high compared to FedEx at WalMart for the same delivery speed.
Since the exercise center moved in nearby, parking is usually sparse unless you're lucky. The store next door even closed up shop.
Waiting area is too small, making waiting disorganized. Holidays need a take-a-number system - maybe all the time like deli's have.
A larger store would be preferable but depends on store traffic expectations and good parking for business return on investment.
Overall, 4☆ imo.

Last week I was here and printed 50 flyers. The employees who were working that shift were very pleasant. Today, January 21st, I came back to print more flyers, and a person who was in charge, who called himself a manager (or something like that, I couldn't understand what he was saying), told me I needed to pay to print a single copy that I had requested to see how my flyer would look with a new QR code. He was forcing me to pay for that one copy, even though no one ever charges for this because, as a customer, you have the right to see how your print will look before they print it. He was a very rude man. People like him shouldn't have these kinds of jobs when they work directly with customers. If I could give him a 0 rating, I would, but the option isn't available. This happened at the UPS store in Trinity.
