  I came to the store and was pleasantly surprised by Smit boot who was awesome. He was excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about his product. He greeted me before I could even get through the door. I will definitely return to the store and I will tell my friends all right.

  I came to this brand-new UPS store with a lot—and I mean a lot—of Amazon returns, some of which were difficult to figure out. Smit, the store manager, was the most helpful and patient person I could have asked for. He helped me figure everything out. I can recommend this store wholeheartedly. As of April 2026, Smit is offering cruisers the opportunity to open a mailbox on a monthly basis for $45 - super helpful if you don't have a ship to address.
