I was standing in line with one when the clerk yelled out in front of everyone, " Just use the scanner for your poop box".I felt so embarrassed! I was flustered enough that I am not sure I even used the scanner correctly.

She spoke to me she will handle the situation this time with a nasty attitude and started poking my cell phone showing how to follow instructions better. I apologized to her. Now, I know what to do next time to be prepared. But, it was no excuse how she spoke to me loudly with customers behind me. I was so embarrassed. She needs better customer service training or find a job she likes.

I already had my items wrapped up, so I said I don’t think I need the packaging service. Her response with a room full of people was well unless you wanna take it outside and package it up yourself and put tape on it. That’s the cost. I told her well if you wanna explain to me what you’re charging me for rather than just put it on a screen tell me the price it might help but if UPS wants my $4 dollars to put my item in a box and put tape on it well I guess it is what it is.
