  The 2 women on duty calmly waited on people. The line was very long and they took care of us rather quickly. They are very patient and helpful.

  I have been a postal mailbox customer for two years without incident until recently, following changes in personnel and management. Upon checking my box, I discovered a significant amount of my personal mail, as well as mail belonging to my deceased mother, was missing. When I contacted the facility, I was informed that the mail was in 'overflow' and that I needed to come in to retrieve it from the manager. Upon my arrival, the manager appeared unaware of the situation and, concerningly, directed me to an area where I was able to sort through other customers' mail in an attempt to locate my own. At no point was I asked to present identification, raising serious concerns about the security of customer mail. Ultimately, my mail was not located, and despite prior assurances, the staff then denied any knowledge of an overflow. The store associate I interacted with was unprofessional and provided contradictory information. Due to the unresolved nature of the issue, I felt it necessary to contact law enforcement to document the situation for potential further escalation. The manager offered her name and instructed another employee to do the same; however, the employee refused and subsequently provided a false name. This level of service and security is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I strongly advise against entrusting this facility with your mail.

  A while back The store had a particular lady that worked there. And this was about 5 years ago. But since that lady has left the people that worked there are amazing. And I like the way the store has been reconstructed, and they are always pleasant, always willing to help never make you feel like you're burdening them. If you have questions about a return or you didn't bring a slip or you forgot to bring a box or a bag. They're so understanding, especially at the holidays. The ups on 50 in Titusville, Florida, which is Cheney highway, is amazing. They're really an awesome store. I have never had a problem like I said. since that one lady 5 years ago has gone the women that work there. They are amazing, just really, really, really nice people.
