  Love Staples, love this store. Very kind, and respectful people to help you find what you need even if its something they dont carry in the store or online. Every-time I come here for a visit I must make at least one stop!

  DO NOT DO AMAZON RETURNS HERE. I don't know who came up with their new process and thinks it's a great idea but it is no way effective or efficient. You used to be able to walk in, they scan it and move along. Now there is one line and since Titusville isn't exactly a 9 -5 kind of place the line wraps 10 deep. The problem is, that one line is for that one thing only so if someone else comes to check out they jump in front of you. The same person doing amazon checks them out too among being asked to do other things. There has been someone standing there telling people where to go and breaking down boxes who could be helping check people put instead of breaking down boxes. It is a horrible process that there's no way someone is proud of that idea. While waiting 10 people deep for returns, 4 other people got walked in front of those waiting to check out. They also need to scan it get the receipt and move on. They may need to check on John. He slowly ties the bags, slowly puts labels on, stares at the return deposit boxes to figure out which one is best. Stamp it and move on. Get it moving. If you're going to promote yourself on amazon for returns then have a good process. The UPS store is always in and out. Back to that. Their little coupon quickly got tossed out as that poor set up makes me not want to buy anything at any discount.

  I have always been a loyal customer at this specific Staples location, but the recent developments that have occurred here have driven me to the point where I want to express my frustrations. The location has become a disaster. The layout here is a mess. It is very hard to locate what I need. To add to this problem, the customer service is also quite poor. The woman checking me out seemed to be doing me a personal favor by scanning my purchases. It was clear that she was lackluster in her approach and acknowledged my presence only to the extent that I knew I was standing there. It is understood that not every day can be fantastic. The dislike for the profession is simply intolerable. In summary, the recent changes at the store have made it a place I look forward to avoiding. I appreciated the shopping experience that Staples could deliver, but now I have to look for somewhere else. If this is what the store will be like, then there will be no reason for me to return.

  This store needs some help the Amazon return line was very long (almost to the back of the store) and it took forever for the cashier to check me out because of amazon returns (for some reason they prioritize amazon over paying customers), Also the bin wins where a mess trash all over the place.
