  Just left there! They had plenty of people working yet I couldn’t get any help probably bc I was a girl bc I later saw them walk over to help a man. Smh. Anyway, despite that I decided to buy a few items and walked over to check out. I had somewhere to be in 30 min but I didn’t think it would take so long to get checked out so I walked over to the ONLY line they had. There was literally only ONE LINE at the registers. So if you are checking out and you only see one line at the registers wouldn’t you walk to that line? I think most people would. So after waiting in line for 10 min or so I get to the front of the line. There is only one person in front of me now. It was only then that they decided to say that myself and the man in front of me were not in the right line. I’m like are you kidding me? We needed to switch lines. Well first of all, had there been anyone at this other register when I got in line I would have happily went to that line but there wasn’t so please explain to me how I was supposed to know I was in the wrong line when it was the only line and literally had at least 10 people in that line???? But no, I need to switch lines which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if in the process of walking over to that line someone who wasn’t in line before got in front of me. Now I got to wait even longer because of your error and at this point I am pushing it to be where I need to be. Never thought it would take so long when they had plenty of people working. Then the cashier tells me if I would just wait they would help me “over there,” with “there” being the exact same line I was just in. Well, which is it? At this point I’m aggravated so I walked out of the store leaving all of my items.

  We have been Staples Rewards members since they were first founded. I was searching for a replacement for my old SodaStream carbonator. I checked Amazon, Target, and Walmart. Since I always exchanged my CO2 cartridges at Staples, I decided to check their website. I was so glad I did because I found that, not only did Staples have the model I was looking for, but they also had the lowest price. In addition, since I had Staples Rewards points to redeem it brought the price down even more. If you shop at Staples and are a Rewards member, you know the value that adds to your shopping experience. I highly recommend Staples for all your office/household needs. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products.

  This review is specifically for John who works in this store in the Electronics area. Anyone I've encounter there have always been pleasant, however this morning I needed to get a new printer after ours crashed. Typically when you walk into a store these days, you have to search for help. John was working hard and in the middle of stocking items but immediately recognized I needed help, and didn't treat me like I was bothering him at all. John was not only very helpful, professional and pleasant, but went above and beyond. Realizing I was going to purchase a new printer, John made sure I was aware that I could recycle my old printer (for a savings!!). I quickly left the store to run back home and return with my old printer. I had actually researched previously how to recycle through the brand company website (I would not have received any perks at all). Had it not been for John's kindness and integrity, he could have just let me purchase and walk out without offering that up as a savings. Thanks to John I left with an added benefit on top of the sale price. What a wonderful experience, and Staples certainly has an amazing employee in John. Thank you John for being so helpful and kind!
