Severe lack of competency, accountability, and basic reasoning skills from this staff.
- BWbarbara woodJun 9, 20251.0Tracking showed my package out for delivery at 8am and then showed delivered at 324pm... no biggie except NOTHING was delivered I have a camera to prove it wasnt delivered. We live less than 2 minutes from this post office. I looked all around my house made sure no one brought anything in undetected and scoured neighbors porches.... NOTHING!!! Where is my package???
- KLKaty LeeSep 22, 20211.0Im not sure who my mail carrier is, but definitely the rudest one I’ve ever encountered. Where I live we have small boxes and then a few large ones for packages that you get a key to in your normal one if you have something too big to fit. One of the boxes never works. I can only get it open about half the time. The key is bent and the lock is jammed. After 3 days trying to open it, I left a note with that key in my box saying “Box 6 won’t open, can my items please be put in a different one?” (For the record, there were plenty free) And she/he left me a scrawled response today “it opens fine, you figure it out idiot”.... who the hell responds like that? I wish to god I knew their name and that I could switch post offices and carriers. Now I know why all my stuff comes damaged too. Because this careless, rude, and inconsiderate human is the one handling it.
- DNDiana NighthavenMay 10, 20172.0Ok, I understand most of the complaints is due to the wait time. Most people are not taking into consideration that this is a small community post office. Our community has grown a lot though and the post office has the same amount of people working for it as it did 15 years ago. There is only 1 clerk there to take care of all the traffic that comes through there on a daily basis. It is the same elderly lady I have seen each time I come in. She is a sweet woman and very fast paced. SHE KNOWS HER JOB AND DOES IT WELL. PLEASE DO NOT REPLACE HER! Clearly something should be done about it. Please put some more workers at this location. This has become a major problem.
