  I've been coming to this location since their grand opening. All of the team members, do their utmost best,to service my needs, at hand. More importantly,I am able to ask, if specific services are offered,what is the most economical method to ship and also,the simplest ways to receive packages also. Corporate UPS,sometimes dims negativity on OUR local store businesses. Totally unfair,and biased, in a Google review. I must say, Thonotosassa location is exceptional! The entire staff is utmost respectful,friendly, most efficient,with exceptional customer service. It's important to me to help others,customers want to know our experiences. In complete fairness, the UPS stores offer a variety of services to fit you needs. Perhaps, one day,in the future,UPS may expand,to offering financial services. As always, call them in advance if your uncertain.The team will answer, not only the phone,but your questions, via phone which I appreciate very much. Thank you all,for taking my calls,and taking care of my business needs. Thank you for coming to the community,it's convenient and hassle free. You are appreciated as a customer here ,which rare at other locations/ stores.Thank you team!

  Prince at Store 7716 has been the only UPS store I have ever gone to because of how quick and kind he is. He is always in a great mood, and genuinely cares about what is best for the customer. I have an online business that requires constant shipping/ returns, Prince Patel and his staff treat you as family and I greatly appreciate his attention to customer service.

  I recently moved from Brandon to Thonotosassa, and today was my first experience at this UPS Store — I just had to share how great it was! I came in hoping to stop a package from being delivered that I sent for delivery yesterday. It contained an important document that was incomplete, and I honestly thought it wouldn’t be possible to intercept it. However, Prince Patel went above and beyond to help me. He handled everything so professionally — spending over 20 minutes on the phone with UPS customer service while also assisting other customers with patience and efficiency -- even though he was the only one working at the time. He made sure my issue was resolved, and my package is now being shipped back to the store. Thank you, Prince, for your outstanding service and professionalism. It truly made my first experience at this location a great one — I wish I could give 6 stars!

  All the staff here are wonderful, and Prince is always attentive. He goes out of his way to help customers with any extra fees or questions. The service is quick — I never have to wait long.
