Today an associate went out to my car with a dolly, loaded them from my car and brought in my heavy packages. I can't say enough about all the positive experiences I have has with this UPS store!!

The helpful woman behind the counter told me how to cancel,then start a refund, and since I rarely return anything to Amazon, I was lost. She asked if she could do it, and I gladly agreed. She started tapping on my phone, going back and forth between screens, and (almost) instantly my return was good to go. Above and beyond Customer service. I even told her that IF they had a tip jar, I would have given her a tip. She was so helpful!!
