Why is it that, in the modern age of technology, you are charging for the distance on faxing? Okay, I get international rates, but to my knowledge there is not a single phone company on the planet who charges different rates between local (same state) and national(same country) calls. To be frank, if this method of pricing is being used because of a simple "lack of update," that's one thing, but to allow for such a pricing in an area that is considered "more geriatric" in order to keep elder individuals in a "past" state of mentality; there may need to be some ethics to call into question. Alongside that, you're going to owe some people some money back for the inaccuracy of the pricing of Faxing to everyone who has been charged since the dawning of the modern era. Oh, and feel free to contact me; as I know the stores are franchises and I doubt pricing is part of the franchise model, unless it's in your contract to price things a certain way. If the franchise agreement you have in place designates the need for such pricing, you may want to consider contacting the corporate department of franchisees in order to get to the bottom of that issue. However, the choice of analog phone line provider may not be part of the franchise agreement, so inevitably, upon that being the case, the price differential is on you as the franchisee and I truly recommend you correct it immediately and offer refunds for the difference. Definitely would help business credibility. *Added after owner comment* Making this about the cost of the fee vs the actuality of what is described here is rather an obscene gesture. I will no longer be conducting business with your franchise. Thank you
