  The staff are this store is beyond kind, courteous and helpful. They keep long lines moving quickly and do it all with a smile..Even when I see and hear people being not so kind. They bind books for me, take care of my returns and handle my shipping needs every time. My dogs get excited every time I pull in the parking lot and go crazy to get into the store not just for their treats.. but for the love they get from everyone. Grateful we have such an amazing store to handle our needs down in this area... I have been to several other UPS and shipping stores and no where have I seen the courteous and kind manner in which this store takes with all their customers. Thanks warm springs UPS!

  The older woman who works in this store seems like she really dislikes her job. She’s not nice or friendly, and she even acts mean toward the younger employees who work there. I won’t be going back, I don’t want to go to a place where I feel mistreated. I’d rather drive farther to another UPS location.

  So far, ALL of the employees, especially Kristen, at this UPS store are FANTASTIC!!! There is hardly ever a wait and I am usually in and out in less than 3-5 minutes - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Kristen helped me when I was just in the store & she helped me immensely for the items I needed returned - she is great!

  Entire staff seems unfriendly and unwelcoming. Male associate was mumbling all instructions as quickly as humanly possible.
