- JMJaclyn MenendezJan 5, 20261.0I had to mail out a thin package and purchased a mailer in store. When I arrived there was only one customer in front of me and no employees were present. Soon after about 7 more customers arrived and still no one was attending us, and it was clear that all the customers were frustrated but were willing to remain patient. When 2 employees arrived at the front I was attended to by the second employee, who took a lengthy amount of time to set up given how many people were in the store. When I went to the front I showed her my mailer and what was inside, and she replied with "I dont need to see whats inside" in a very condescending tone. For the rest of the transaction she did not provide the customer service I am used to at the post office. Left me very disappointed and in a bad mood.

- SDsujanna dalipsinghAug 3, 20231.0One of the clerks who was a middle aged woman made me buy the tape they provide to box up my package, when I went to another window there was a young man and older woman they had open tape to provide to customers. The package I bought was already paid for. I only had to pay for the tape, which then I found out their cc machine was down, so then I had to go back out to my car and pay with cash. Every window should be fair to their customers. Never going back.

I confirmed my address was correct but I assume they delivered to wrong address or box. I hope I haven’t missed any other deliveries as we have been receiving lots of gifts for our baby on the way. Never had this problem before and I hope USPS will fix this and ensure it doesn’t happen again as I order a lot of things and can not afford to lose packages.
