  Absolute unprofessional and uneducated keyboard warrior at TSA precheck. Said my wife’s birth certificate which was original didn’t have seal.. the week she used it to run a level two FBI background check for her job for the state!! Crazy work. Then when we explained to him seal is right there and he was pretending he said he couldn’t accept because it was inside a protective sleeve that was open and you can slide the document out!?!?!? Iv been to more countries then years I been alive and im constantly in shock how everytime im back stateside the level of narcissism from people in these positions for something that inconveniences them. Just got off phone with tsa precheck and they assured me what we have was credible.

  HUGE SHOUT OUT Jonathan at the Tarpon Springs location. I was conducting an Amazon return, and ran into some hiccups regarding the location in the Amazon app. Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He provided amazing customer service while helping me overcome my technological challenges.

  I had a really great experience at the Staples in Tarpon Springs while getting my TSA PreCheck documents taken care of, and I wanted to call out the employee who helped me. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. If you’ve ever dealt with official documents, you know how stressful and confusing it can be, but he made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. He took the time to clearly explain each step, double-checked my paperwork to make sure everything was correct, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and how organized he was—it gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. He also kept things moving efficiently, so I didn’t feel like I was stuck there forever. On top of that, he was just very friendly and easy to talk to, which made a typically boring errand a much more pleasant experience. Good customer service can be hard to find sometimes, but this was a perfect example of how much of a difference one person can make. If you’re planning to go through the TSA PreCheck process at this location, you’ll be in good hands. Big thanks to him for making it quick, easy, and stress-free.
