    They wont send a card with a little pop up on the front as a regular card but want to up charge .. I guess she wanted a Christmas bonus to charge me 6 dollars more per card......... ridiculous and not professional.

    Self service machine inoperable as most of the functions disabled. One of available chooses read scan barcode so I went through the hassle of establishing account and paying postage on usps website then the self service machine refused to print a label after I scanned the barcode created by usps website. Denied label again when presented barcode following day to postal worker. Option presented was to pay postage second time.

    I let the two women at the front know I made a mistake and dropped off a package to this location using the Dropbox on June 3rd. It was meant for ups. I came back a few weeks later when I got an email from my cell phone provider saying my trade in device wasn't received. The women up front told me the package was already in Tampa. I asked if they could check again or if I could speak to the manager. They angrily buzzed for her even after I admitted to making the mistake. Then the manager said that ups picks up packages daily and fed ex so they don't have the package. I asked her what the two women upfront meant by it was in Tampa if the manager is saying the package was picked up by ups. It seems like they have no idea what they are doing, or have no organization in holding their own employees accountable for stealing items not meant for usps. There seems to be zero way of documenting items meant to be for ups & zero way to see if an employee stole a package. Something is off here. This location Is very untrustworthy and lacks organization.
