  Terrible service. I paid them to deliver an envelope to a specific person at a specific address. Instead, they elected to deliver it to another ups location for the recipient to pick it up. I never agreed to that and that is NOT what I paid them for. They are lazy, incompetent and can't seem to do a simple task. I feel as if I have been ripped off. Update to response: That is not what I was told at the store. I was told you delivered that item and it cannot be rerouted. I was told the manager would call about a dispute, not getting the item to the proper place. I have ups deliver all kinds of envelopes and packages to me all the time without this happening. Keep in mind this address is across the street from me, so I don't really care about all the excuses why it was not delivered to the correct address. There is nowhere on the receipt nor was I told that this would be delivered to another ups store. You wasted my time and my money now I have to hire someone else to do the job I paid ups to do. Another lie the manager never called.

  Quick, easy, and affordable to get custom thank you cards for my organization. Tracy helped me ensure they were formatted correctly and ordered envelopes for me as well. The turnaround time was VERY fast and Devon had them ready for me at the front when I arrived.

  A few days ago, I had the very pleasant experience of being offered service by Rebecca at the Tarpon Springs, Florida UPS store. Not only was she courteous and pleasant to conduct business with, her presence in the store itself, gave credit to the store. She could not have been more uplifting or helpful to this exceptionally satisfied customer who genuinely appreciates your very helpful service. Thank you very much, Rebecca, for just being a wonderful human being!

  Lady working needs to keep her hands to her self and stop grabbing people's phones out their hands. Second time in a row shes snatched my phone out my hand. Lectures about amazon returns even though BOTH times I have followed the correct handling. Packing what needs one and returning as is when one isnt needed per amazon. Never had an issue until getting stuck with this lady.
