  Go mid morning or afternoon as they get really busy other times. Or use the machine at entrance and you'll be out of there in no time at all 👌

  Was told they don’t do printing services for pre paid labels… I’ve never ever been to a USPS that doesn’t … horribly inconvenient won’t be returning

  This post office does NOT have Saturday passport appointments. If you book one online for Saturday you won’t be seen! There is no signage about this nor will you be notified that the appointment is cancelled. If you show up on a Saturday with an online booking there will be no one available to do the passport appointment. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  I have made multiple appointments for a passport at this location, and each time no one was there to process the application. I made an appointment on a weekday, and showed up and found a sign that said they would be unable to process applications that day. So, I made another appointment, this time on a Saturday. I arrived for my appointment, waited 30 minutes, then had to ask an employee if there was anyone available for passports. Even though you're able to make an appointment for Saturday's online, the person who processes applications only works Monday to Friday. Needless to say, I will not be attempting a passport appointment at this location for a third time.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the post office and felt the need to share it. I came in around 12:00 PM to pick up an important package that had been directly mailed there. I never received a call notifying me that it had arrived, so I checked the tracking myself, which confirmed it was there. When I spoke to the employee working at the time (she was not wearing a name tag), she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She insisted that my package had already been sent back and made it seem like I was wrong, even though I had clear tracking information showing otherwise. She could not keep her story straight and even claimed at one point that the package was lost. This interaction was especially upsetting because it happened in front of a full line of customers, and I was made to feel embarrassed and dismissed. There was no apology for the confusion or the way I was treated. Thankfully, another employee, a young gentleman, stepped in and was able to locate my package. His professionalism and willingness to help were the only positive parts of this experience. Overall, the lack of communication, poor organization, and especially the rude customer service I received made this a very disappointing visit.
