- KKKale4 days ago5.0truly don’t know why this post office has such bad reviews because the employees here are amazing. i’ve been coming here a couple times a month for the past two years for work, and the ladies at the counter are always so fast and helpful. i so appreciate everything they do, and im going to miss coming here to send packages now that im leaving my current job!!

My package went through Ybor to get routed to Ruskin and instead got sent to Sarasota, back to Ybor, over to Miami, back to Ybor, up to Indianapolis, back to Ybor now over to Opa Locka. A priority mail package that should have taken 3 days to deliver has been in transit for 3 1/2 weeks because Ybor keeps sending it all over the country only to get sent back to them.

From the moment I walked in, she was extremely pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. I needed assistance sending a package to Germany, which can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming with all the forms and requirements. Marjorie made the entire process smooth and stress free. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and ensured that the package was properly prepared and sent without any issues. It is not often that you come across someone who is both efficient and truly kind, but Marjorie delivered on both. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in what could have been a complicated experience. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Marjorie!

If your tracking # ends up at this location you may as well start looking into filing an insurance claim. You won’t be able to actually contact the facility, just some low-rent call center out in the Midwest that will basically direct you to USPS website anyways. But hey, if it bothers you that this facility is famously terrible, at least you can console yourself by remember that you get to pay their wages and pensions from your taxes. #lowestcommondenominator
