  The female employee working last Saturday (April 4th) needs to be addressed. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a post office. I came prepared with all required paperwork printed needed for what I was shipping. Without my consent, she began throwing out documents and told me “I’ve been doing this for years, you don’t need to mail those papers.” Since I was the one paying a flat rate for Priority Mail, that should not have been her decision. I also requested that the official name/title be included on the mailing address, as instructed in my paperwork. She refused and stated that only the actual address was needed. I later called the receiving end and they said that including their name/title above the address is in fact recommended so she was incorrect. At this time, my document is now delayed and has still not yet arrived, despite being time sensitive and paid for accordingly. This situation is extremely disappointing and concerning given the importance of the documents. I would appreciate this being reviewed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

  Tandy is amazing. I was there to mail a batch of invitations and Tandy helped me with the machine out front, cutting labels, and making sure the invitations went to the right spot so as not to be ruined. She was polite, friendly, and helpful all while fielding questions for others as well.

  🚨 ONLY 4 WALK-IN PASSPORT SPOTS ON SATURDAYS — READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO 🚨 Do NOT assume you’ll be able to get a passport as a walk-in on Saturday. This location only accepts FOUR people for passport walk-ins in the morning. That’s it. There is a paper sign-in sheet placed at the entrance (not clearly posted), and people start putting their names on it sometime during the night — I was told as early as midnight. You must also be physically present when they call names at 9 AM. Today, over 20 people showed up (many arriving around 8 AM for the 9 AM opening), but they only took the first four names on the list. I arrived at the same time as the fourth person and respectfully allowed her to put her name down first since she was technically two steps ahead of me. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me the spot — USPS did not make any accommodations. They claim the same staff start supporting regular appointments at 10AM, so they strictly cap the morning at four people. ⚠️ Additional note: • The airport location reportedly only takes about six walk-ins from 3–4 PM on Saturdays. Please don’t waste your time assuming it’s first-come at opening. If you’re planning a Saturday walk-in, be aware of how this list system works. Sharing so others don’t get caught off guard like we did.

  If you want to be publicly belittled, mocked, and forced to buy extra tape and probably other packing additions you should go here. I was insulted in the most embarrassing way possible, by this lady pictured here. I was subjected to an incredibly demeaning interaction by this extremely elderly female clerk with black hair, bangs, and glasses. Instead of doing her job professionally, she spent several minutes berating me about how I packaged my box and speaking to me in a condescending, mocking tone — all while a long line of customers stood waiting behind me. She held up the line solely to insult me, then told me to step aside and wait. While I was still standing there, she continued mocking and laughing about me with the next customer, within earshot. Being publicly humiliated once wasn’t enough — she made sure to keep it going. What made this even more disturbing is that she did not treat any other customer with anywhere near the same level of disrespect, which raises serious concerns about bias in how customers are treated here. The interaction was so inappropriate that another teller stepped in to help me, which says everything about how unacceptable the behavior was. No one should have to brace themselves for humiliation just to mail a package. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
