She visited the location earlier today expecting normal assistance, but unfortunately, she was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner by one of your employees. The way she was spoken to made her feel disrespected and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a public service where customers should be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. I kindly ask that you review this situation and take the necessary actions to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

- MMMollyMar 17, 20262.0The Hispanic woman with the short hair was extremely rude. Did not scan the code I was trying to provide while I was telling her the shipping was covered. She called me “Mama” & “Baby” sarcastically. She told me I needed 1 piece of tape and they don’t provide it. So, I went back to the packaging area, bought a roll of tape (for the one piece I needed) & I waited in line again for the young African American male, who kindly scanned the label I had asked for and I was in and out. USPS please address professionalism among your staff at this location.
