    They lose my package every time… I’ve gotten 4 things delivered from them and they lost alll of them. They’re stealing them at this point. So, I took the liberty to hold them instead so i can pick them up…guess what… they can find it!!! So not only are they incapable of delivery but they also can’t seem to hold packages for pickup. Scam

    Oh my goodness i felt so bad for this elderly women who had to sit on the packing table because she was standing so long her back started hurting. By far one of the worst waiting room, line out the door with only one worker and other workers walking around with the biggest attitudes, every tine i come here. Never fails!

    Absolutely unacceptable. I pay for a PO Box specifically for secure delivery, and my valuable item was lost with no trace. The package was scanned as “picked up at the counter at 5:11 PM” after the post office was CLOSED. I was also at work at that time. This is not just inaccurate; it is impossible. Normally, PO Box items are scanned as “delivered to PO Box.” Instead, this incorrect scan falsely indicates that I personally picked up the item, conveniently after hours, and now the package cannot be located. USPS customer service has acknowledged the scan error and escalated the case, but the item remains missing. If you are receiving high-value or irreplaceable items, I strongly suggest avoiding this location. Once my subscription is up, I will be moving my PO Box to a different post office. Secure delivery should not result in lost property and false pickup scans.

    Is it really a good idea to have only two people assisting with one of them absolutely not knowing what she’s doing and is clearly on the job training and being trained by the only other staff member? So the one with experience is literally doing two jobs. While a couple of gents are walking around in the background not helping Really bad management. Head to a different post office if you can

    So I'm not one to actually go on here and leave comments but this is going to be my first because wow is tall guy that works here was so incompetent how can you ask a question to a post office employee and their responses well we don't worry about it.. I was trying to find out what actually happened to a package that got left there that's been sitting in this post office it seems for almost 8 days and hasn't moved. I asked can you get a supervisor or somebody to at least help me see if the package is here no we don't do that just wait it should probably get delivered eventually.. I'm starting to see why these comments from other people have been left they're all true I think this post office needs to clean house
