- CFCharita FosterFeb 24, 20262.0I had a very disappointing experience at The UPS Store on Cross Creek. After waiting in a long line, I clearly explained how I needed my package shipped. The clerk did not appear to be listening and then stated she did not know how to process the shipment as requested. She attempted to reach a manager but provided no clear resolution. I chose to leave and visit another UPS Store, where my shipment was completed without issue. I then called the Cross Creek location to speak with management. The clerk hung up on me. When I called back, she initially denied being the one who answered the phone — despite being the only person behind the counter at the time. She later said someone would contact me regarding staff training. The lack of product knowledge was frustrating, but the unprofessional behavior and dishonesty were unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially after waiting in line. I hope ownership addresses both training and customer service standards.

Now this women treat customers so badly. They will lose alot of customers. I mentioned the problem i know you can fix it . If you common sense you will get rid of her . Bad bad customer service
