    Cathy is fantastic! Came in today for a return and it was very busy. She delt with each person with such care and grace! I was in and out with no problems. Thank you Cathy! You are the best and so nice to see customer service hasn't been lost.

    I visited this location on 4/12/2026 When I walked in, I said hello to two female employees at the front, but they did not respond and simply looked at me. A male employee then directed me to another area, and I again said hello, but still received no acknowledgment. When I mentioned that I had greeted them, I was told that my ‘hello’ was rude, which was confusing and unprofessional. The interaction escalated, and I was ultimately told I could leave without being helped. At the same time, a white customer was assisted without issue. As an African-American woman, this experience felt dismissive and potentially discriminatory. I expect basic respect and professionalism from staff. I am requesting that management review this situation.”
