  We closed a transaction with Joe Bennet at Sunbelt Title yesterday. The positive attitude, gratitude and helpfulness of Joe and his team was amazing and so refreshing! As a lender, there are plenty of challenges to deal with already..... it's wonderful when the title company acts like a partner and helps make things super smooth... 5 stars isn't enough for how awesome they were!!!   I just can't express how fantastic this group is Joe and Kathy go well beyond expectations. They have actually stayed a little longer just to make things happen. They are persistent with clients to make sure deadlines meet so that closings are smooth. And they always service with a smile.. 😁
