  Osvany very curtious and professional. He and his teammate removed the old appliance and installed the new one. Cleaned up all packaging material and left no trace behind. Thank You.

  I am very upset by the lack of courtesy provided to my mother. She is a nurse and was not warned ahead of time that product was coming. She then clocked out to go get it and the driver left. Not only this but the driver was very rude over the phone with my mother. He then said he would wait while mother rushed home to find nobody there.

  RXO delivered the SERTA mattress in time, communication was great and the delivery went smoothly. The two delivery men from RXO were friendly and polite. I have nothing but good things to say about RXO.

  Edit after owner reply: First, attached a picture of what they used to cap the drain. Second, yes someone reached out, was pleasant, but nothing came of it. They called once and I called once. We got our dishwasher installed zero hassle elsewhere. Used the parts it came with as well. Pretty crazy someone could install in 20 minutes with the parts were told wouldn't work. After uninstalling our old dishwasher, they left us without a working sink and never completed the installation of the new unit. They disconnected and removed our old dishwasher but did not install any part of the new one. In the process, they left plumbing under our sink exposed and disconnected, which caused water to leak when we turned the sink on. When we contacted them about the leak, they came back once — and literally just put tape over it and left. When they attempted the installation initially, they said the drain hose was slightly too short. They told us to purchase a specific longer hose (they chose the exact one for us to order) and assured us they would return to complete the installation once it arrived. From that point forward, it was a nightmare. We repeatedly called to schedule the follow-up installation. We were told multiple times that a work order had been submitted — only to call back and be told there was no work order in the system. This happened more than once. We were working through Sam’s Club, and even they had multiple open tickets trying to get this company to return and finish the job. Sam’s Club ultimately refunded a significant portion of the cost because the installer never came back — but that does not excuse the experience. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. Even when we reached a supposed local office, no one was willing or able to resolve the issue. We were left with plumbing issues, no installed dishwasher, and weeks of back-and-forth with no accountability. This experience does not deserve one star.
