  Worst customer service , i call to pay my last bill. The customer service lady said $26 like the bill stated later in the call she said the bill was $46. Becuase of a late fee , when the bill said it was due on 30th of the month and i call on the 18th STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

  Had water that smelled like dog urine. Very strong smell only smelled after the bottle was dispensed. SMELL CHECK YOUR BOTTLES. Had to put everything outside because it made the garage smell. Had to disinfect the carpet, the wall and the tile floor because of the splash. It was definitely animal urine probably dog.

  They delivered and charged my debit without authorization for 3 bottles of water i did not order. There's only 2 people in my household and 3 bottles in addition to what had just received was way to much. I called let them know, and customer service said keep them. Then they billed me and continue to bill be! Minus 10 stars!!!
