- JCJason Carty2 days ago1.0I just left this FedEx office “ship center” where I was told there isn’t a FedEx label printer. I had an RMA on a recent purchase, the company provided a QR code to scan and print a Return FedEx label. They were unable to provide any level of service. In conclusion, a company which has a business model of putting labels on boxes and taking them to their destination doesn’t have a label printer. #businessfail

Between the useless people on the store and the brain dead people on the phone , I’ll never receive another thing through this crappy company . They tell you that you can update the shipping through the log in, shocker it doesn’t let you do it . They tell you your order will be at a location , you get there they all of a sudden don’t have it and tell you go to a different location to get it . You go to the next location and it is a LITERAL warehouse. you call back they tell you that the order is at the original location (this happens to be the one how surprising) and they force you to continuously explain rhe same problem over and over again . Thank GOD I dont have life saving medication coming through here or i would’ve died all ready . DO NOT SHIP OR RECEIVE THROUGH FEDEX THEY SUCK . Ups doesn’t have the problems at ALL
