- MFMichael FischerApr 3, 20261.0Standing in line of 3 of us waiting over 15 minutes for Service and someone just walks in skips the line and goes right to Pack Plus and gets service. I guess it's who you know gets you to skip in front of people waiting in line.
- GRG RobMar 19, 20261.0Stopped in March 10 around 9 am give or take... Caucasian woman behind the counter would not come help me figure out the self print situation. She needs customer service training. She stated "there are only two of us here when I asked for help.... but there wasn't any one else in line before or after me that needed help. I told her twice "you really can't step from behind your counter to help me for 3 minutes?" I am no spring chicken.. and those of us born before the internet age sometimes need help with I phones and forwarding attachements to copy machines. This would have taken her 3 minutes to help me. A nosy nurse butted in and told me "I should know how to use my own technology." MY 15 yo daughter doesn't even know how to forward an attachment from an email to the self help printer. I could have done this from my laptop... not from my Iphone... this would have taken this woman 3 mins to come help me and she chose not to. Shame on you. I am in the medical field and only needed to print out a scrub voucher to buy scrubs to assist my community with health care.... shame on this woman that worked this shift. Terrible customer service.

Was now just told Fed Ex doesn’t save any account info for anyone?? Buyer Beware!!!!

He was patient, precise, and really listened to exactly what I wanted down to the size and dimensions. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The supervisor and the rest of the staff were also very kind, but Richard especially deserves recognition. Thank you!
