Lost mailbox key and the incompetent workers said they fixed the mail box lock and keys don’t work been 2 months with this issue that they can’t seem to fix. What is so hard about changing a lock on a mailbox and giving you the correct keys for .

I had a poor experience this past Friday with an employee by the name of Magdalena. I attempted to do a change of address verification and she had such poor customer service up and to including bad mouthing me in front of all the customers in the store as I ended up grabbing my id and phone and left. I called the post office after I left to make a complaint and the supervisor I spoke to said he’d call her into his office to talk with her and he himself said he submitted my change of address, yet here we are Wednesday of the new week and my mail is not being forwarded to my new address. It’s appalling to know that because these workers are union that they are protected against their poor behavior and poor customer service towards customers. Truly shameful and embarrassing for them.

When trying to explain that I was overcharged for a stamp ( they charged me 2.75 for a large envelope instead of 1 single stamp) the girl who step in to help the cashier became extremely argumentative. Luckily John was there and was able to help out and fix the situation. The girl nearly screamed at me when I simply stated that the stamp was the wrong price. I don't even trust that the envelopes are going to make it to the place they're being mailed to.
