Luckily John was there and was able to help out and fix the situation. The girl nearly screamed at me when I simply stated that the stamp was the wrong price. I don't even trust that the envelopes are going to make it to the place they're being mailed to.

However, when you get there they tell you they close at 3pm. Not only was I there, but 2 other individuals, who like me found it convenient to go there due to the hours of service. Then you have the so called manager, saying there's no personnel available to help us with our passport application... so you mean to tell me the manager is not capable of providing that service? That is misleading, they just make their own hours and rules as they go. They simply put a piece of paper, hand written with their preferred hours. This is not fair for the working individuals that are trying to juggle their busy schedules.
