Everytime I have a package in florida about 1 city away they ship it to Puerto Rico or Texas or Georgia. It is happening way to often. It's unfortunate people won't see this until it's too late, but my advice is use Fed ex or UPS hands down a no Brainerd compared to this overpriced sorry excuse for a delivery service. Do me a favor look at the tracking and please explain....

I visit this location often, and there has NEVER been a time when she hasn’t been rude to either customers or myself. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.
