Most recently I needed to mail a package and had no idea what I was doing and made several mistakes. Tina was amazing! She was sweet and patient. She showed me what I need to do while she did it for me...correcting my mistakes. Honestly if all of our daily interactions with staff members, who provide any kind of customer service, were like mine was with Tina...the world would be a better place! To be that friendly, helpful and efficient...she was such a breath of fresh air! Thank you Tina

I’d rate 10 stars if I could. The Odessa post office is also amazing. Avoid the lutz location like the plague.
