  The stamp machine was down. So I had to go inside the lobby. They couldn't find stamps lol.

  The customer service manager and all that work there are very rude and nasty paid for mailbox key almost 3 weeks ago told it only takes 10 days they made me fill out form to hold mail and went to get mail was told nothing is being held and they don’t know when they will replace lock and give me key this is sad how customers are treated there they all have ear buds in on the phone while trying to tell them the issue they ignore you all your told is I don’t know by those who get paid to actually know and deal with customers so sad how many complaints have been reported and they continue to treat customers this way.

  This USPS location at 11800 N Florida Ave is hands down one of the most unresponsive and unprofessional post offices I have ever dealt with. We are currently missing an urgent package (tracking shows delivered on 2/4), yet we were never notified, never received a delivery attempt, and have no mailbox where it could have been placed. When we discovered through tracking that it was marked delivered, we began calling the office — multiple times, at different hours during business days. No one answers the phone. Ever. We sent someone in person, and staff were unable to provide answers. We were told someone would “look into it” and call us back. No follow-up. No accountability. No urgency. This is not the first issue we’ve had with this branch. In a previous situation involving a missing package, we were told that the USF Post Office van picked up the mail — which was later confirmed by USF to be completely false. There was no system update, no documentation, and no explanation. We are the USF Botanical Gardens, and missing deliveries directly impact our operations. It is unacceptable that a federal postal facility can: Mark packages delivered with no proof. Provide no notification. Never answer the phone. Fail to follow up. Give inconsistent or inaccurate information. At this point, there is zero confidence in the reliability of this location. If you have important mail, I strongly recommend avoiding this branch if at all possible. Completely unacceptable service.

  I stood outside and patiently waited for my package near the mailbox. The mail man was nice, and had efficient service! I’m happy with my service, also I had a huge package delivered the other day and the young guy he was friendly. Thanks !
